State the Mind

Just because we find ourselves in what looks from the outside to be a peaceful state doesn't mean our mind has followed.

This cartoon came to me while I was in yoga class. Everything was lovely; the location, the teacher, the music, everything, except my head space. And when I realized this I laughed, grateful that the trouble was in my mind, and I could do something about that.
